Belize Tours Reservations

Thank you for your interest in having Cayo Adventure Tours manage your Belize Adventure. This is an information request form and filling it out DOES NOT reserve your Cayo Adventure Tour. We will use the information to arrange your tour adventure and contact you to arrange reservations. To help us provide you with the best possible service, please provide any additional information you feel we should know.

Cayo Adventure Tours Deposit/Cancellation

Cayo Adventure Tours requires a 50% deposit on services reserved to confirm a reservation. Final payment becomes due at 30 days prior to arrival date. Cayo Adventure Tours provides a full refund less a US$50.00 administrative fee for cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival date. A refund of 50% is offered for cancellations received between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival date. No refunds are offered for cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival date. Cayo Adventure Tours recommends trip cancellation insurance as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations received for any reason outside of this schedule.
